Delete account

You can delete your Refinds account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways.

1. In the app Recommended

Open the Refinds app and go to the Profile tab.
Make sure you are signed in and choose Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Your account and data are then deleted immediately and permanently.

2. By email

No longer have access to the app? Send an email from your account email address to privacy@refinds.eu with the subject "Delete account". We process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

What is deleted

your account and your email address or Apple/Google credentials;
the day plans and favourites lists you shared and own;
your memberships of lists others shared with you;
your shared photos and public profile, if you used the "Finds" feature;
your account preferences.

Data that lives only on your device (favourites, day plans and recently viewed shops you did not share) is erased by removing the app from your device.

Please note

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
